Private and peaceful, yet within walking distance to all of the excitement (shop, dine, golf, etc.) of Bemus Point Village. With its brand new updated coastal beach design, your Chautauqua Lake experience will be like no other. Large lawns in the front (lakeside) and back of the house. Fire pit near the Lake. Long, private pier with a 12 x 20' platform at the end to enjoy lake life, sunsets, etc. Up to two boats can be tied to posts next to the dock. Large common areas (kitchen, living room, sunroom, porch and patio) to enjoy. Patio is steps from the fully stocked kitchen and living room, faces the Lake and comes with a gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture.

We transformed an original 1930’s cottage/1960’s outdated addition into a stunning all-season lake/beach encounter. Our property is not only secluded (end of a private road) providing a peaceful experience, we're also short walk or minute drive to charming Bemus Point Village--the best of both worlds!
