CALYPSO DE BENALMADENA COSTA

Penthouse apartment in the moderate heights of Puerto Marina in residential, safe and high standing type with elevators.
With air conditioning, heating, and fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people and 1 baby under 2 years old (washing machine and dishwasher), this 120 m2 Penthouse has a beautiful terrace (without any vis-à-vis) that allows you to enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the Andalusian mountains on one side and the sea on the other.
The terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs from a great Italian designer.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet access 600 Mb in 5G and 2 large-screen TVs, one of them with cable reception and the other via satellite.

At the bottom of the residence, you have direct access through the gardens to an outdoor swimming pool and then, in a few minutes' walk, to the various beaches of fine golden sand lined with palm trees where parrots live.
The proximity of the nautical base allows you to practice all water sports.
We are close to shops and restaurants, the promenades of the Coast and the Marina.

Vehicle not essential, but we can recommend rental companies at Malaga airport located 9km away.
Collective and private parking N°63, guarded inside the residence.

Furthermore, depending on your age and difficulty of mobility, it is strongly recommended to move by taxi, car, with walking sticks or electric scooter * (* in the city there are several rental shops at attractive prices)

Our winter holiday in Belamadena

The apartment was light, spacious and well equipped. The terrace was large and had a beautiful view but lacked comfortable seating. There were no instruction manuals for a lot of the electrical equipment. There was a lot of the owners personal property on display and many of the wardrobes were used for his storeage, leaving little available for our use. We had a major problem communicating with the owner's representative as we do not speak Spanish or French and she could speak almost no English.
