A great place to stay in Sun River.

This house worked out great for our family vacation. The bikes and SHARC passes are a real bonus. And the location couldn't have been better.

‘Framily’ Fun

This property was fantastic. Location is great - easy walk or bike ride to the Village and Sharc. The bunk room was a hit with the grandkids and it was nice that they had their own bathroom. Plenty of room but since it was summer we spent a lot of time outside.

worked really well for us!

Great location from village and SHARC. House is a great set up for a bunch of teens and appreciated all the bikes and SHARC passes. Communication with the owner was excellent. It could do with a new dishwasher but otherwise it was excellent. would definitely rent this house again if available.

Sunriver is a fantastic place with many activities for all ages. This house is located close to the Village and an easy bike ride to many other activities. There is plenty of room for all - the bunk room is awesome for the kids. The house is clean and well maintained. This was our second year at this location. Unfortunately due to rising costs of everything this may have been our last year in Sunriver.

Memorial weekend

Excellent for groups

Clean & well stocked home with comfy beds. The kids bonus room was fabulous. The home had enough space to comfortably fit our large group. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The cabin is great, awesome kids bunk/play room. Easy walk to Sharc or village and the owner was very responsive. Well stocked kitchen and bath linens. We will definitely come again!

Great stay in sunriver

We loved our stay here. It really is the best location. Lots of bikes, great kitchen, and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. 4 adults and 4 kids and we were all very comfortable.

This was a very comfortable, clean, well-kept home with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bikes, SHARC passes, and a hot tub. The location is perfect for being near the village, the Lodge, the SHARC pool, etc. It also had a perfect room for our young 20s with 3 bunk beds, a couch and tv space and their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Location by Village and SHARC was nice. House was clean. Everything functional. Well stocked. Had everything we needed for cooking, etc. Good selection of bikes that were in good shape.

Beautiful home, great location

Loved our stay at this Sunriver home! The house was perfect for our stay, which included 3 families. Plenty of room in the home for everyone. The bunkroom was a bit hit with the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances and all of the eating utensils and cooking supplies that we needed. The location was fantastic, being only a couple of minutes by bike to the SHARK and the village. We loved having the stable of beach cruiser bikes available for use. One of our favorite homes at one of our favorite vacation destinations.

Great home for a womens retreat

This is our 3rd year spending our Women's Retreat at this amazing home. Great rooms and a large upstairs room that sleeps 9. Home is close to SHARK and the Pavilion for shopping. Love the fireplace and hot tub

Perfect house for multiple families

Our family of 7 rented together with another family of 5 and it was great! The kids all stayed in the bunk room and had fun sleeping in the same room. The hot tub was great and had starry views. We saw deer nearly every meal from the back porch. SHARC is close and so fun! Seriously an ideal home for a Sunriver getaway!

A great family vacation spot

This house has the best kid cave as I call it of any home in Sunriver that we have stayed in. The location is hard to beat with how close it is to both the Village and the SHARC. We enjoyed spreading out, soaking in the hot tub, and utilizing the SHARC passes!!

Great ;location;

We had a wonderful time with Sommer's property. the location is fantastic and the cul de sac for the kids was safe and wonderful. The bikes were in excellent working condition; unfortunately we never were unable to use the barbecue but when we checked it near the end it hadn't been cleaned by prior tenants; the bed situation is ideal for people with young adults or older children; unfortunately our babies did not cooperate.but we made it work the upstairs is incredible for older kids; the kitchen was adequately stocked and especially liked the new waffle iron and griddle and crock pot;. an update on the fridge would be recommended or a second fridge in the garage as for 12 people you quickly run out of space. The location and general amenities make this a very desireable property for a large family.ll The SHARC passes, bikes and helmets were incredible. Damage deposit was promptly refunded.,

Great house, plenty of space.

The house was in great shape, all the appliances worked, the house was clean, the grill had a full tank of propane, and the hot tub warmed up in no time. We had a group of 8 guys, everyone got their own bed and there were still extra mattresses. It doesn’t look like a huge place from the outside, but there was plenty of room for all of us. The only complaint we had was that the garbage cans outside hadn’t been emptied before we got there, but it turned out to not be an issue. All things considered, we had a great time in a great house for a reasonable price. 5/5. Would rent again.
