The service at this hotel is incredible. Rooms wwre luxurious and immaculate. Breakfast buffet was the best we experienced at any hotel on our trip. We loved the hotel so much, we decided to return to it during the second half of our trip instead of trying out another hotel. Everyone remembered us from our initial stay and welcomed us back. They even made us a special "welcome back" cake that was presented to us at breakfast. We couldn't have had a better stay.

We stayed recently 7 nights at the Conrad Bengaluru hotel. We made a fantastic experience in this hotel. The staff, both in the hotel as well as in the restaurants were very friendly and the service was outstanding. Especially Esha at the reception desk has to be mentioned, as she was exceptionally helpful and it was amazing how she took care about us during the whole stay. Furthermore, the team and the food of the Indian restaurant in the Conrad hotel was a very good experience for us, that we could recommend without any limit.

Excellent hotel!!

A wonderful hotel. Very clean, great food, excellent swimming pool. The operations manager Arindam is a problem solver. He helped me with an issue i was having outside of the hotel, he did not have to but was very kind and fixed my problem. Staff are very friendly. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

Essentials used in room are very poor and third grade. For example towels bad in condition Hand shower leaking on the back very bad for the hotel like Conrad . I would rate their room as third grade hotel. Sorry for my language but it’s TRUE. Staff and service extremely good.

We are from FL, USA. Grew up in Bangalore. Stayed there for two weeks with my wife. Nice and clean property. Overall was good. Close to most commercial areas. Staff was good some were excellent except for Harish Chauhan at the entrance of buffet breakfast who should not be at a “5 star” restaurant especially not working with the guests. Last year stayed at Leela palace. This visit it was not available for two weeks. Except for the bad experience with this guy, I would definitely consider staying again at this hotel next year.
