Pleasant and comfortable

It is a very pleasant and quite hotel. It had wide breakfast spread and the facilities are excellent. Not too many places to walk around and see nearby but very located and major places are short drive away.

Great hotel, but be aware of the car service

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and food at the restaurant was very good. However, I would caution anyone using their car service as it is extremely overpriced. They charge more than 20x more compared to Uber or Ola and the price was not communicated to me until after the ride. Also, considering this is a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a nicer car as it was very dingy and unkept; the seats were ripped, etc. Overall, the hotel was very nice and had a great stay but the car service experience was not.

Overall good

Hotel itself is good but their internal process maybe lacking. It's taking more than a month to return the deposit. Overall room was good with nice big work desk. Food at the restaurant food could be more diverse.

Outstanding rooms; poor breakfast experience

Fantastic room and superb service. The only sore spot in an otherwise wonderful experience was that my breakfast experience was a disaster: I'd asked for a Spanish Omelette, and what I got was unpalatable. I ordered for a Macchiato, and I got a Latte with chocolate sauce. How do waiters and chefs in a five -star hotel not know these things?

Nice and sleek hotel

Hotel was nice and comfortable, staff was extremely pleasant, and La Brasserie had quite a bit of options on their menu. The staff gets extra high marks though as they allowed me to repeatedly push back my check out time on our last day as both my girlfriend and I had gotten sick the night before.

Awesome Stay!

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. It was brief stay but the all the staff and everyone involved made it a great one. The facilities are great, close to where the shopping area is and so commute was not an issue either. The breakfast which was included with the room was also very good. All in all a wonderful stay and would definitely go back and recommend to friends

Business Stay not worth it

The hotel is really rundown. Its 30 years old, and you can definitely tell. Even the breakfast was very average and the quality did not at all match a 5 star hotel. The rooms were decent and had been renovated a few years ago, but they forgot to renovate the bathrooms. Only good thing was that I got a good price, else would not have stayed here.

Absolutely wonderful Service - Great Staff

Excellent service and care by staff. I have travelled all over the globe and have stayed in the finest hotels but I doubt I have ever witnessed such great service. Every one belonging to staff was there to help ! The hotel was clean, breakfast was really nice and restaurant dinner was also very tasty. One advice: I would only add one thing for staff to make it a bit better. I was three times/by three different people asked at the breakfast "what I wanted to drink coffee/tea". It can be annoying in some cases hence best would be for staff to keep in sync with each other :-)
