Stay at Luxur

Initial allotted room was leaking thru the roof. And also shower area was not isolated and was slippery. Room was changed and was provided with smoking room instead of non-smoking.

i had booked this hotel through expedia. the website mentions explicitly that there would be a train station pick-up and also wireless internet, both of which the hotel staff refused. not only that they sounded very rude. when I confronted them with the expedia statement on these they refused to accept even without checking. Not only they were eager to charge for things that were explicitly stated as complimentary or free but it turns out the wireless could not even connect. The hotel is located in a not so neat part of the city though near to the city centre. Strongly avoid this.

Hotel Monrach Luxor @Bangalore-Good service

My mother and I recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Bangalore, We wish to compliment the staff for good service from front office, the coffee house where we had our breakfast and the roomm service that attended to the laundry. All our requests were dealt with effieciently.Hotel was near to our travel destinations, Would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore.

This place is not improving despite bad reviews.

Many small irritants: not-so-clean water in the shower / bath. Shower curtain was stinking!! Light fixtures need maintenance. Breakfast menu is extensive, and most of the dishes are suitable for a wedding dinner, not for a healthy breakfast. Food is excessively spicy, oily and badly cooked. I asked for some fresh lemon juice to add to my drinking water bottles I carry for the day, and the stale lemon juice I got made me sick for the next two days. Soaps in the bathroom are packed in such a way that you cannot open the pack with wet hands. You have to use your teeth to open the soap packing.
