Disappointing old wing room

We were allotted room in old wing which was smelly. Cigarette smell was prevalent although we choose non-smoking room. Breakfast has limited choice but it was tasty.

Hotel was easily accessible, within walking distance from Trinity metro station. Room and common areas were clean, albeit showing clear signs of wear and tear. Disappointing stay.

The check-in process took long and was inefficient. The rooms were not clean, had water seepage and felt dark and stale, although the manager changed me to a better room, after complaint. The restaurant food is expensive and nothing special. There are better stay options in Bangalore.
