"Stayed here before and I am never disappointed. Staff there is friendly and helpful!! My room was nice and spacious and clean!! Bed sheets and bathroom towels were clean, that is always a plus. Parking is easy, a lot of spaces. Easy access to and from the motorway. Breakfast is always good, bacon or sausage, eggs and of course the awesome cinnamon rolls If I am back in Bend working this is where I am staying again and again"

"Staff was very helpful & extremely pleasant to deal with. Room was clean & comfortable."

"The hospital said I was going to be released early, so I booked a room. Despite the charge nurse AND Expedia reaching out to the hotel they still charged me! Horrible, horrible customer service and lack of care for guests"

"We had a great time! Love this Hotel!"
