Overall we had a great stay, and the receptionist was excellent. 'Our' room was fantastic. Big, clean, and spacious in every room, with a very large balcony and a very good shower. The cleaners came every day and towels etc were changed daily. Now... we were on the right side of the building (as you look from the seafont) and the view was awful. We had a derelict building about 10 feet in front of us with builders working there every day and a homeless couple living directly below us in the alcove, so this obviously was unexpected, especially as the pictures from Expedia etc, show rooms overlooking the sea and beach. I actually knew we didn't have the sea view as I messaged them to ask after I'd booked, which I was'nt happy with but had little choice. However, I expected a better view than we had. If we had been housed on the left side it would have been pleasant as this overlooked the street and restaurants. We did complain, and I have to say they did their best to move us, but the rooms were all booked up and the one they offered us was really small and still on the right side. When we arrived there was a German chap who must have been given a tiny room as he was kicking off big time, and ended up throwing his teddy in the corner and storming off to look for somewhere else. Anyway.... to sum up. GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ON THE EDGE OF OLD TOWN. BE CAREFUL WHICH ROOM AND SIDE OF THE BUILDING YOU BOOK AS YOU MAY BE DISAPPOINTED SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST AND EMAIL THEM IF IN DOUBT

Clean room and cleaned daily, location was excellent and very quiet. There was some work going on outside but didn’t disturb us at all, had the partial sea view and great sunspot. Would love to stay again and book a sea view room at the front.

Primera línea de playa, en el centro, parecen nuevos y hacen limpieza diaria. Por poner un pero: la alcachofa de la ducha está deteriorada a causa de la cal.

Fabulous!!

We had the most amazing time here - from arriving very late on our first evening reception were waiting for us and everything was quickly sorted and we were soon in our room. We were very happy with the quality of the accommodation from start to finish everything was of very high standard- plenty of plates pans cutlery nice fridge - daily cleaning was exceptional and shower was very very nice ! We will definitely visit here again- it’s so close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars and just on the edge of the old town. For those who fancy the new town it’s a fifteen minute walk along the promenade.

Apartamento standar no es lo mismo que estudio.

En la oferta ponía apartamento standar y nos encontramos con un estudio. Por alojarnos en un apartamento tuvimos que pagar un sobrecoste de 150€. No nos hizo mucha gracia la situación. ¿Y si no hubiera habido apartamentos libres disponibles?.

pleasant stay, check in wasn’t straight forward

Our stay at the apartments was ok, the disappointment for me was no reception after 8pm. We had to pre tell the reception of our arrival time then pay 20€ to have someone bring the room key. We got our room for 40€ a night and it cost 20€ to get the keys. Be aware there are two entrances around the side of the building. We told the reception we would be there around 9:30 pm but arrived a bit early, I called reception to tell them we had arrived ana waited outside the building. 25 minutes later I recalled the reception to find we had been stood outside the wrong door.
