Cannot fault the accommodation it was exactly as described. The manager was VERY friendly and helpful and as a bonus breakfast was included. The one thing to mention is the oddity of having a kettle in ther room but nothing to go with it! No cups, tea or coffee. Just a kettle. Personaly i would take the kettles out and not bother.

Awful hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE While the staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is full of bugs and my shower was half broken, When a hotel has the name ‘bed and breakfast’ I imagined a hot food buffet, not 2 slices of pre packed cake and 2 warm juice boxes. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Benidorm and this is by far the worst of the lot.

Good room was on the to floor ideal for a single passenger clean room only bad things were i had to take my rubbish away as no one came into the room to clean and i had to ask for a towel and toilet roll but for the price i paid i would go back again if i could have the same room 601

Avoid, avoid, AVOID! - mouldy kettle - filthy hairy bed - shower mouldy - they give you breakfast the night before in a box. So abnormal. - general feeling of unsafety - dowsy staff

Room was small but clean and suitable for my three nights, had a balcony to. Location perfect in old town, 5 min walk to beach and it took me 30 Minutes each night to walk to the strip. Continental breakfast was a joke, they deliver a bag containing warm carton of juice, bread roll, two cake items, butter, jam and paper cup, and sachet of coffee. I did not touch any of mine. I was a little upset about this, as this was why out of two options I choose this hotel due to it including the breakfast. The only other complaint as a solo traveller the surprise request for 200 euro deposit. I paid on my credit card, however, for the refund it is to be paid up to 14 days after by bank transfer to a bank account. Praying it does get refunded. I will also mention all the staff are spanish and do not understand any English.

Breakfast was poor. It states a continental breakfast but there was only a choice of toast or cereal. There also wasn’t anyone around at breakfast time so nothing was topped up after the early birds, and dining room was littered with used cups and plates. We ended up eating breakfast out every day. We also purchased a kettle so we could have a coffee in the room, but we couldn’t store any cold drinks as there wasn’t a fridge. They do not clean the rooms unless you ask and pay extra for the service. If you require more toilet paper you have to go to reception and ask for it. The bedding consisted of just a top and bottom sheet and a pillow. The staff do not speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. It took three days to get a working remote for the tv only to find it was only showing Spanish programs, so unless you speak Spanish or have a laptop its not worth turning it on.

When I booked this hotel, I expected to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially when it came to resting and sleeping. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room assigned to me was on the sixth floor, just below the roof, without air conditioning during exceptionally hot weather. I immediately informed the reception staff about the issue with the air conditioner. They assured me they had contacted the responsible company and promised the problem would be resolved as soon as possible—a promise they reportedly had been making for four years. Despite these assurances, no one ever came to fix the malfunction. The heat in the room was unbearable, especially since it was right under the roof. I struggled to sleep due to both the high temperatures and excessive sweating. Eventually, I requested another room because I couldn't tolerate staying there any longer. The reception staff refused, claiming their manager had decided against providing any alternative arrangements. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to a friend who speaks Spanish to communicate with them directly. After repeated attempts, I was finally given a smaller room on the ground floor. It was clear that this second room did not match the price or quality of the original one I had booked. Nonetheless, it did have a functional air conditioner, and at that point, my primary concern was finding relief from the heat. Despite settling into this new room, the entire experience was unpleasan

Buenísimo si lo que buscas es un lugar limpio y tranquilo para dormir, muy amables las chicas y chicos de la recepción, la habitación amplia y luminosa, fresca con balcón y aire acondicionado. Solo advertiría que el desayuno es bastante sencillo, panecillos pequeños con monodosis de mermelada y café soluble, no contaria mucho con el. Pero por el precio me parece genial. Volvería a ir 100%

La réceptionniste été vraiment impolie pas tous mais particulièrement une d origine indienne elle ne sais vraiment pas parler au gens et m a vraiment mal traitée. La direction doit vraiment faire attention à ça car ca donne une mauvaise image de l établissement

Todo bastante bien excepto el desayuno. Pone que viene incluido y que es continental, pero no es así. Todos los días se nos daba en una bolsa un zumo, con dulce (bollo de leche, sobaditos, chocolatinas..) y café soluble, sin opción a leche ni a algo más saludable. Para ello, no pongáis que el desayuno está incluido porque la verdad, uno llega allí, lo ve, y se decepciona. Por lo demás, acogedor y el personal agradable.
