Staff members at the hotel are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. They made our stay very comfortable throughout the duration we were there. The hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were very king and thoughtful, I messaged ahead of our arrival as it was my partners birthday and they organised the room with a nice card and prepaid beverages for our arrival. Breakfast was nice not much variety but for a small hotel it’s understandable. Very happy with our stay, thank you so much.

Our visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were so friendly, attentive and expertly saw to any requests we had, which were very few. The included Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. We loved the exterior, around the pool. With all the trees, it provided an oasis of calm and felt like we could've been on a tropical island. The internal soft lighting, chilled music and ample seating areas further enhanced the premium feel of the hotel. Altogether we enjoyed a fantastic break.

Hotel was overall very good, breakfast was excellent, evening meal could be a better quality of the meats used were not what you expect from a 4 star hotel but evening meal wasn’t expensive. Room again was excellent

Fabulous hotel with excellent service from all of the staff, the best hotel I have stayed in for a great holiday. The pool area and rooms are exceptional with a relaxing vibe. The Old Town location and 5 minute walk to the beach and bars was perfect.

We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm

We had a fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm. Perfect location for us, just a short walk to the old town and the beach and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Our privilige room was very spacious with a large balcony with sun loungers and a comfy bed. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
