Penthouse apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.

Modern 100 m² accommodation, with a huge 25 m2 private terrace with dining area and solarium, and views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, 2 televisions, iron, hair dryer.

The open-plan kitchen with induction island is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Great apartment

The apartment is in a very good location right in the centre of Lavante Beach easy to walk to the old town or the New. The property is well managed and check-in was so easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious apartment with a great location, right in the middle of the beach in between new town and old town Could just do with a couple more sun loungers outside as there was 6 of us and only two beds (and one was broken) It could also do with a mat on the floor inside from the patio as one of us had quite a nasty slip with the outside being a bit wet and then stepping inside

Excellent apartment perfect location to explore old town and venture to main strip if you want

Was clean and beds were comfy. Great having outdoor space as well It states there is a hairdryer in the apartment however you have to request this at check in. You don’t know you have to Request until you go to use it and then you have to go all the way back to get it. I would suggest you ask clients at check in if they need one or not as we never took one.

Everything was enjoyable apart from the above.

Big spacious. Clean and close to all amenities. Lovely Terrace. Good internet connection Air con. Heating never worked. Supplied heater. But much too small for the open space. Sun loungers x2. But 1 was broken and not replaced. Chair at the table was broken. Plus workers on neighboring roofs banging throughout our 3 weeks stay. This eliminated us utilizing the terrace. Not your fault. But would be nice to inform us.

Me encantó las vistas al mar, la cercanía a la playa, la tranquilidad durante todo momento. El apartamento muy tranquilo, limpio, amplio y bonito. Todo cerca y bien. Volveremos. La entrada pasa desapercibida por el paseo marítimo, en el apartamento alguna cosilla sin importancia como tema de luz o puertas. Porque se llega cansado! Repetiremos para el próximo año, aunque las llaves las recogeremos en coche (menuda caminata)

Ive booked again already! Overflow pipe emptying very smelly offensive wash water every few hours and fake grass is stained and you can not walk on that bit at all. Bed was broken on arrival the slats had come out but this is fixable. wardrobe didn't open on one side again fixable
