Fantastic hotel. The location was ideal for the beach, nightlife and shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the food really good. We had a really good time and would happily recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again next year. It’s in the perfect location, near to everything but just far enough away from the hassle and bustle of the strip. The food was fantastic and we couldn’t fault it. Great to still get a full English breakfast in a Spanish hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us.

Great food and very nice hotel

Very good stay easy check in grease atmosphere in the terrace bar the food for breakfast and evening meal is best I have had . Evening entertainment mixed review but a very nice venue un the hotel . Lacks atmosphere due to age of people staying there mostly pensioners but good that no kids running around . Only reall down side is pool area is in shade until 14.00 so cannot sit there to cold

This hotel is right at the end of the strip and therefore the area is fairly quiet. The guests were mainly middle aged to elderly and the staff were wonderful. The restaurant had traditional Spanish food but catered for English guests with a different menu every day. There was entertainment every night and a lovely outside seating area at the front. I highly recommend (unless you’re a party animal).

Fantastic hotel

Very comfortable and centralise hotel. Only five minute walk from the beach. Food was excellent and service and desserts were amazing. I would commend the waiters Joaquin and Mohammed.

Hotel really clean n tidy. All staff great and friendly. Hotel restaurant was fab, always something to cater for everyone, couldn't fault it. Only issue we found and this was a running comment for most guests was the lifts. Very slow and hit n miss. But would 100percent reccomend

Stayed in Benidorm for years, wish I’d found this hotel earlier. Brilliant food, modern and clean rooms. Staff can’t do enough for you. Bar really cheap. Only downside if you’re a sun god/goddess, you need to move around at pool due to adjacent tall buildings. 10 of us stayed, all want to come back here next time. Fantastic. 👍👍

Hotel was lovely. Rooms are so nice. Food fabulous, great breakfast and great choice at night although could do with not having to pay for a drink of water with my meal. Only gripe i have is we arrived late 12am so had missed evening meal and asked if i could get water. Was given directions to late night shop! Given we had paid half board and not had the meal i would have expected at least a bottle of water? But overall lovely hotel x

The hotel its self was very nice and staff were pleasant. but i booked a queen bed and just received 2 singles pushed togethor and i had a piece of chicken and a piece of pork that was very pink inside which i left half after noticing and following day iv had food poisoning for over a week because of it. its ashame thats let it down and made me ill because the rest of the hotel is great!
