Enjoy a serene accommodation in an elegant atmosphere in this wonderful setting, conveniently located in one of the best residential areas of Benidorm, just 5 minutes four golf courses (Villaitana East and West, Sierra Cortina and Grids) and and leisure centers Terra Mitica and Terra Natura, its location also allows us to enjoy places with charm as Altea, Albir beach and Guadalest

It is a contemporary accommodation and attention to detail, offering excellent value for money. It is ideal for rest and relaxation for all visitors to this fascinating city, both for holidaymakers and business travelers alike. O getaway weekend. It has three bedrooms, all with garden views.(the completely independent upper floor is not rented and belongs to the owners)

We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was the perfect venue. It looks exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Francisco couldn’t have been a better host - excellent communication from start to finish. He picked us up from the airport and took us to the supermarket. He was always on hand if we had any queries during the stay, including booking any taxis we got. He was so attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Relaxing stay

This was our third stay at t this lovely apartment. Francesco is a wonderful and helpful host who really cares that his guests are happy. The apartment is very comfortable and we especially love sitting in the outdoor kitchen . Lovely pool and all very private and secure. It is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, with just a short taxi ride into Benidorm. Francesco and his daughter are very happy to take you to the shop and wait until you are finished, as well as providing airport transfers. We all love this place and highly recommend it.

Birthday week with friends

Very friendly and chilled host. Only time he made himself known was when we needed him for something. The hot water ran out (because most Spanish properties are on gas bottles) and it was back on with in 5 minutes of us telling him. Leant us some golf balls for our golf trip to avoid paying high prices at the club shop. Ordered us taxis when needed. Great week in a great villa, just wish it was warm enough to use the beautiful pool! Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Francisco!

Holiday

Had a great short stay 4 nights at the villa. Francisco was amazing, he picked us up and took us shopping. He ordered us taxis, as my phone was not working. His daughter took us to the airport on our return. Perfect host.

Perfect stay

Had another delightful stay at this beautiful place. Stayed for long weekend with a group of friends for our second visit here. Francisco is a considerate and efficient host, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late and Francisco kindly did shopping for us so we had refreshments on arrival, picked us up from airport and also took us to the supermarket the next to complete our shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and outdoor kitchen are wonderful to relax in and just enjoy the gorgeous weather. We had a brilliant time and certainly plan to come back again soon. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and it’s about €13 for a taxi into Benidorm. Thanks again to our gracious hosts for all their assistance.

Welcoming fab property

Séjour très appréciable ! Super maison !

La propriété est agréable à y vivre autant pour se reposer, que pour s’amuser. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute, très gentil et toujours présent si besoin. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir sous les fortes chaleurs ! Très bon espace extérieur avec sa cuisine équipée et sa terrasse. Seul point négatif, une des salles de bain manque d’aération et donc il y a vite une odeur d’humidité. Location recommandée pour passer de super vacance entre amis ou en famille !

Wow fantastic

Just had a fantastic week in this lovely villa with 3 friends. Francisco was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble, his lovely daughter picked us up from the airport, took us back to the villa, unloaded the luggage and then took us food shopping! After showing us around our amazing home for the next week Francisco then told us to call him if we needed taxis as he would book them for us which helped as we do not speak any Spanish. The villa itself is very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. The outside space was awesome! We loved having the private pool with comfortable sun loungers and even air beds for us all for the pool. The outdoor open kitchen area was the most used area it was great for our evening meals and pre drinks b4 we ventured out. I really can’t find one negative thing to say about our stay with Francisco and his beautiful villa, except we didn’t stay long enough! We will definitely be booking again and can’t wait to return. Thank you Francisco and your lovely family for having us, we had a fantastic holiday. See you all soon. 💕 From Lisa and the belles🤣

The villa was lovely and our host was very helpful

Overall experience was excellent. Host was very helpful without being intrusive. Beds are very comfortable. There were 8 of us so we had to use the library as a bedroom and j would say it would be better if only 6 stayed as the communal bathroom is in this area so if disturbs the people sleeping there. Location is quiet and pool/ garden is very nice. Our host kindly arranged taxi when we needed them, we did try and catch a BT’s but the bus stop is approx 1km away and they are not that frequent. Do if you want to go to levante beach it’s approx 15 euro which did mount up for us as we needs 2 taxi each time. Having said this if you do want a nice villa with a great host, comfy beds and good facilities and are nit worried about taxi fares then this is a great holiday villa.

me and my friends had this villa booked since before covid and fransisco helped at every opportunity when having to re arrange. he was a great host and very helpful. the villa was perfect wether your a group of friends or villa. highly recommend.

En general muy bien, habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas, detalles de diseño muy bonitos, bien ubicado si se tiene coche, propietarios atentos y facilitadores. La zona exterior muy bonita con área de barbacoa techada. La barbacoa es amplia, aunque el tiraje del humo no funciona bien. El interior es muy cómodo y bien calefaccionado para el invierno, se siente bastante húmedo, especialmente en los dos baños.

Fantastic

we had a fantastic holiday in quiet surroundings. close to everything. very sweet host couple. even though we arrived very late at night they were ready with tour, the beds were made ready. so great with two tired kids. the house was nice spacious, delicious with its own pool and a cozy outdoor kitchen which was used extensively. this is definitely not the last time we visit the house.

Het was een top huis! Lekker zwembad en dicht in de buurt van Benidorm, een Aldi en een all you can eat restaurant. Paco is ook een top gozer die ons met alles heeft geholpen.

Estancia fantástica

La casa es genial para ir con niños. Apartamento ubicado en una planta con salidas directas a la piscina. La piscina es muy grande y tiene entrada tipo playa, muy buena para los niños.

Fuimos a pasar tres días y solo puedo estar agradecido a los dueños por su hospitalidad y atención. La casa es preciosa y bien equipada, el rincón de la barbacoa es inmejorable y la piscina muy bonita. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y la zona es muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada con todo. Repetiremos seguro.

Nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones y agradecimiento a Francisco y Amparo por su magnífica vivienda y por su gran nivel como anfitriones, realmente encantadores, atentos y resolutivos. La vivienda, decorada con mimo y detalle ha cubierto con creces nuestras expectativas de un lugar en el que aislarnos disfrutando con espacio más que suficiente para los 5 que somos y baño privado en un piscina original con excelente orientación y diseño ( la entrada a modo de playa es muy destacable). Efectivamente, las fotos no terminan de reflejar las cualidades de la casa, que sorprende muy gratamente. El entorno es muy tranquilo y las instalaciones deportivas de la urbanización a la que pertenece la casa son también muy interesantes. En definitiva, altísimamente recomendable.
