HOLIDAY VILLA IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 people.



LAY OUT: This villa of 110m2 is distributed over one floor and at pool level, there are three bedrooms (two with twin beds and one double) and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen, a guest bathroom and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. All the bedrooms and the living have air conditioning.



EXTERIOR: This villa is built on an open plot of 800m2. It has a pool where you can cool off and it's surrounded by sun beds. There is outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue.



LOCATION: The house is situated in a very quiet are and just 1 km away from the sandy beach of La Fustera and various crystal clear water coves. At 700 metres from supermarket, bars, restaurants and a 5 minutes drive from Calpe.
