Nice and quiet stay

The house is spacious, well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Two bedrooms don’t have airconditioning, especially the upper one gets quite warm. The swimming pool was great and greatly appreciated while it was hot outside. Benkovac doesn’t have much to offer besides a few restaurants, but the larger surroundings offer a lot of great opportunities, from nature to culture. Communication was very good, we were helped asap whenever there was anything. All in all we had a great stay!

Splendid stay

We had a fantastic holiday in Benkovac. The house was clean and well equiped. It had a nice pool. Supermarket and bakery was nearby.

Rustige locatie met heerlijk zwembad

Als je vooral rust zoekt, ver weg van de massa, dan is dit een uitstekende plek. Het staat niet direct aan de straat en heeft bomen en een grote tuin achter het huis. Rondom het huis zitten heel wat dieren die in de avond ook even komen genieten van het (verlichte) zwembad: schildpadden, vleermuizen, bidsprinkhanen, boomkikkers, padden en zelfs een schorpioen. Wij genoten ervan. De kinderen hadden elk een eigen slaapkamer met twee bedden, alleen de kamer beneden heeft geen airco, de rest wel. De rolluiken en muggenhorren zijn overal aanwezig en zijn heel fijn. Zwembad ligt aan de voorzijde van het huis, vol in de zon, dus de tegels worden heel warm. Communicatie verliep met de eigenaar prima, van te voren kregen we heel wat informatie al. De mevrouw die de sleutel gaf (de schoonmaker) sprak geen Engels en geen Duits, dus even met google translate gepraat. Het enige puntje van kritiek wat we hebben en dat weegt niet op tegen de rest: de kussens en zitplaatsen achter het huis zijn heel erg verweerd en de pallets kunnen bijna niet meer gebruikt worden. Let ook op, het landweggetje waar het huis aan ligt, wordt ook gebruikt door lokale mensen, dus kijk niet gek op als het lijkt alsof er mensen naar het huis komen of op het erf lopen.

Schönes Haus, Ausstattung befriedigend, Kommunikation ungenügend

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und deren Partner - insgesamt 8 Erwachsene - für 12 Nächte in dem Haus. Katharina, die auch zu spät kam, führte die Einweisung kurz und unpersönlich durch. Das Haus war nicht sehr sauber (Spinnenweben, staubig, schmutzige Backofentür, Badezimmer). Die Dusche im UG lief nicht ab - der Ablauf war komplett verdreckt und seit langem nicht gesäubert worden. Leider wurde dieser erst 6 Tage später gereinigt, solange konnten wir zu 8 nur eine Dusche nutzen - und das auch erst, nachdem wir die Vermieterin kontaktiert haben. Diese Kommunikation war leider auch anders als erwartet, uns wurde unterstellt, den Ablauf verdreckt zu haben (in 1 Tag), die Unsauberkeit des Hauses in Frage gestellt. Keine Entschuldigung, keine weitere Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr schade. Auf ein versprochenes sauberes Handtuch haben wir vergeblich gewartet. Die Küche ist sehr einfach mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. 2 Schlafräume ohne Klimaanlage. 6 Liegen für den Pool - wird aber an bis zu 8 Personen vermietet. Tisch draußen sehr klein - nicht für 8 Personen geeignet. Keinerlei Möglichkeiten im Schatten zu sitzen/liegen. Die Dame der Poolreinigung war sehr freundlich - hat uns mit frischen Feigen und Likör versorgt. Die ehemalige Reinigungskraft Biljana hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub trotzdem genossen und das Beste draus gemacht. Für 4.000 hätten wir etwas mehr Komfort und Freundlichkeit gewünscht.

Immer wieder gerne

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Die Einfahrt bzw. Zufahrt zum Objekt könnte etwas ordentlicher bzw. aufgeräumter sein, allerdfings weiß ich nicht, ob das Grundstück dem Objekteigentümer gehört. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hat uns super gefallen. Die Aufteilung in 2 Einheiten war für uns als Familie + Oma perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight bei den hohen Sommertemperaturen. Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Pizzeria Pape und Konoba Nico sind eine echte Empfehlung. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung (Biljana) war sehr unkompliziert, mit persönlicher Begrüßung vor Ort. Biljana war rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und auch bei einem kleinerem medizinischem Notfall schnell zur Hilfe. Wir können das Haus für einen Familienurlaub nur empfehlen und können uns ein Wiederkommen absolut vorstellen.

Geweldig huis, wel wat afgelegen

Ruim huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is, heerlijk zwembad. Tikje verder weg van alle bezienswaardigheden dan vooraf ingeschat. Supermarkt vlakbij. Het was erg heet toen wij er waren, dan valt het op dat er overdag wat weinig schaduwplekken buiten zijn. Fijne ontvangst door Biljana, zelfgemaakte likeur en koele drankjes stonden al klaar. Topadres voor rustzoekers!
