"This property needs to be leveled! Everything was very old, dirty and reeked of mold. The a/c unit was ancient and broken, old chips in the porcelain sink and tub where the caulking was cracked and moldy. Skip it, drive to Albany if you must!"

"Every Staff member was welcoming and kind. Location is great. The room: shower floor slippery, floors in room sticky. Drain in sink is clogged. The smell when I first arrived in the room was awful. Not a fan of putting single women on the first floor with windows that open due to safety reasons, a guy walked infront of my window several times while I was there, it was beautiful weather and would have been nice to have the window open. It would be lovely to have coffee in lobby out before 8am. Not totally gross rooms, but way too expensive for what they are."

"Lovely and very well kept. Nice quiet neighborhood that is close to town and delightful places to eat! Yard is fully fenced. Kitchen was stocked with anything that we could need. Access was quick and easy!"
