The staff here is great. I stayed here a couple of years ago when I had a house fire they were so awesome and understanding i had my 2 dogs then. I couldn't ask for better care ❤️ love these people as if they were my family.

The property is VERY old, with a vaguely Bates Motel vibe on the outside. Our room had a fridge and a TV, both worked fine (no coffee pot or hair dryer). Although most things were old (as well as the decor), they were clean and everything worked - plenty of nice hot water with good pressure. It was a quick one-night stop on the way to view the eclipse that I booked at the last minute, so I couldn't too choosy. Nick, the Property Manager, was very friendly and competent and seemed to run the place well.

Great stay!

We had a great experience staying at Benton Inn. The room was very comfortable! The bed was plushy and comfortable. The sheets were smooth, soft, and clean. (Not starchy like so many hotels, they also smelled clean without having that hospital smell) We had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a table with two chairs. The bathroom came stocked with a hand soap dispenser at the sink and body wash and conditioning shampoo dispensers in the shower. These smelled sooooooooo GOOD!!!! The area was quiet and safe. With plenty of parking. There was a grassy area around the Inn where we could walk our dog. Bonus for being dog friendly. The owner was SUPER NICE! He checked on us to see if we needed anything. This is a family owned place. They are working on remodeling the rooms as they get the money. You will be taken care of here. We would stay here again.

Bit rundown and could use some cosmetic up keep. (Ex: there were multiple unpainted dry wall patches). Despite being dingy, it was clean and the water pressure on the shower was good. For a cheap stay, it was fine.
