"I normally stay here when I visit Fayetteville. However, the first room I was put in smelled like smoke and the second room smelled really old. The staff was nice but never apologized for me having to be reassigned rooms twice. They watched me carry my belongings to each room and never offered to check the room first or anything. I felt although they were not mean, they did not show customer service. This made the visit a bit distasteful."

"Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend"

"All top notch"

"The shower handle was broken off. It was fixed quickly. The water for taking a shower took forever to get hot. The breakfast menu wasn't good. Not a good variety."
