Fast response from front desk

Fast response from the front desk when we had trouble with the TV remote. Also front desk man was so helpful in changing our room to non-smoking.

Reserved a non-smoking room. Only had smoking rooms and could not bear the stench. Most of the hot breakfast area was out of order. Had to go to another place across the street to get a room that was tolerable.

Don't Stay Here!!!

This property is filthy and has not had any type of repairs. Sheets were either mildewed or thread bear. The pool has been closed for I hope a very long time. Very rude front desk and totally unhelpful!!! Don't stay here!

I arrived late night as this was just a tip for some sleep passing through. The entire place made me feel unsafe and the trim smell so heavily of smoke I couldn’t breathe. I went to the front desk to tel them I could stay and wanted a refund because the place was disgusting and they told me there was nothing they could do even though I purchased cancellation insurance. Do not stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place was horrible. First, our door was bent at the bottom from someone kicking it in. Then the room was dirty, the bathroom was old and the bathtub had stuff stuck to it and was not clean. The bed was actually comfortable. But in the morning, the lights came on and there was a roach crawling on the floor.

The room smelled like pee the covers were dirty and there was spider webs all in our room. Killed two spiders. Also when we walked out of our room there were maggots coming out of a vent a couple rooms down from us.

The building and room were, to put it bluntly, a wreck. The staff did clean the room and make the bed, but all the furniture was clearly damaged, the toilet seat was completely broken and dirty; the building was apparently being repaired? The sign at the entrance was illegible due to missing letters and dirt. This property needs serious repair.

Nothing! Dirty baby diapers were left in the room so the room smelled like poop! There was black mold throughout the room, the door had been kicked and there was a gap in the door! This stay was a total nightmare! Never again!

It was awful. Place is dirty. Desk staff pretty sure we’re smoking pot. Smelled like it. Ice machine broken. Desk staff couldn’t have cared less. Wish I could get a refund.

We had 2 bath towels and no hand or wash cloths the first night. 2nd night, no towels at all! Went down to desk and no one there for 10 minutes.

There is blood on the floor and on the mattress our toilet didn’t work so we had to go next-door for our bathroom needs which was very inconvenient for my husband because he couldn’t remember which one was and we had to find the key for it. I checked, and there were no bedbugs, but still, everything was filthy. The place gave us the Heebies. It smelled horrible. Even my expensive perfume couldn’t knock out the smell

They never herd of me and said that I had no reservations room was dirty there was fleas. They never once cleaned my room or offered clean towels Wyndham has let there standards drop if my room was free I would not stay there again. Coffee pot was dirty. If I walked across the room my feet would be dirty and leave footprints in the tub horrible place

Do NOT book w hotels.com or this property. I paid for 2 rooms and they only reserved me 1 and then the manager kicked me out because I complained. The hotel did not cancel my reservation so Hotels.com will not give me a refund even though I never stayed and had to pay for another hotel.
