  • Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.

  • Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.

Great property and stayed for the UT/Arkansas Game. Very cozy and comfortable. The only thing that wasn't clean was the outdoor furniture, but a quick clean I did. Thank you for a fabulous stay and will be back for sure.

Lots of extras and thoughtful touches

This is a precious house in a great location! The decor is very nice and the owners have added many extras that made the stay even more comfortable such as snacks, extra towels, nice chairs in every bedroom, toiletries and coffee. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bentonville.

Centrally located

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home, which was centrally located for what we needed to do. Close to the Razorback and Crystal Bridges. Nicely decorated and very clean! Thank you, Shirley, for being such a kind and responsive host. We would stay here again.

Great location, comfy beds!

I’m a local who had a girls weekend with out of town family, and this location is great for whatever your plans are - close to two different exits while being in a residential area, walking distance from the Walmart Home Office, close to a family friendly park with dog park, a neighborhood market, crystal bridges and downtown Bentonville and close to the razorback greenway. You didn’t hear the interstate traffic at all, and the beds were super comfortable. House was well laid out, AC easy to program, and living room was very comfy. Would be happy to recommend to friends-family!

NW Arkansas getaway

Clean ,comfortable property. Good location for seeing local sights--state park, historical battleground ,Native American Museum ,art museum, city parks ,dog park. Spent time with nearby college granddaughters ,basketball game and dinners out.

Great efficient and convenient spot

This property provided all we needed for our time in NWA. Easy access to 49 and downtown Bentonville. Super easy to go on an outing but come back to the house to regroup and recharge. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. A comfortable stay.

Bentonville home

Our stay at this charming 3 bedroom 2 bath house great. The interior was very nicely decorated and we felt very cozy and safe. The layout of the house was perfect. We had plenty of space and the location worked out well for our stay. Check in and host communication etc... also was great. Thank you!

Nice house

The house was very clean and well maintained. Other than the initial problem opening the door we enjoyed the house. Beds were very comfortable. Could have used a few more washcloths and kitchen towels. Would easily recommend to others

Mother/Daughter Trip

My mom and I had a wonderful trip to Bentonville. This location was perfect for our trip, close to everything, the square, Crystal Bridges, and amazing restaurants! When we arrived we had a sweet welcome note and amazing snacks waiting for us! The house was clean, cozy and very comfortable for our stay. Shirley was very easy to communicate with by checking in with us prior to our arrival and letting us know we could reach out if we had any issues, which we didn’t at all. We recommend and will consider booking again when we travel back to Bentonville.

Beautiful house with a swing near Greenway

This was a beautiful house. Very hot water, a bike rack and stand in the garage and a fenced in yard. It was about a 10 minute bike ride down Central to the Greenway and a short drive to absolutely everything. 5 minute walk to a coffee shop. Shirley was amazing in answering questions and concerns. The neighbors were polite and the trails were amazing. We will be visiting Bentonville again!

Great location for a relaxing stay in Bentonville

We stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom home for 2.5 weeks and it was perfect for my wife, 2 kids and myself to have space and comfort. My highlights were: riding bikes to the kids tinkering museum The Amazeum, which is 1.5 miles from the front door of this house. There are also a couple parks that direction, making it a fun little trek on bike. Cooking in the backyard while the kids enjoyed the swing in the shade. Shirley was a phenomenal host. Very quick to respond to questions and restocked anything we needed during our longer stay.

Sweet space with all the little extras

We loved our recent stay at this sweet space. We traveled with kids ages 1-4 and really appreciated the extra details of kids toys, books, games, high chair, and pack and play to help make our packing lighter. The swing out back was also perfect for our littles when it wasn't raining. The decor of the house was extra sweet, even down to the fun mushroom nightlights around the place. Extra pillows and quilts in the closets were very appreciated along with the snacks, abundance of coffee pods, and laundry detergent available if needed. There was a good variety of pots, coffee mugs, and serverware available. All of the kids plates and utensils were amazing for meals as well. The place felt very clean and the host was very prompt at communicating and even let us check in the early when we got into town early❤️❤️ all in all loved our stay and would return

Wishing does not make it true

Shirley was at first accessible and friendly on phone. The home was located very near Crystal Bridges which was the reason for our stay. We checked in on Wed evening and were ready to bring food in to cook in kitchen. That area was not cleaned at all. The bedroom master was comfortable but very cold so moved to other bedroom. Obviously the Host’s cleaning crew did not complete their tasks. The master bath shower was fine. We opted to dine out both nights. If the Host’s cleaners had really done their work I would have been inclined to say it was a worthwhile experience.

Beautifully Apportioned and Convenient Location

Loved this place!

This home was in a great location! We enjoyed our stay there. It was very nicely decorated, very clean. The rental was very well stocked with everything you need!!!! We definitely will stay here again on our next trip.

Cozy and well maintained VRBO!

Had a lovely stay at Shirley’s home rental, loved the cozy feel and how it was decorated. Property owner was extremely flexible as it was a last minute rental and she was a great/helpful communicator throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a coupe and small kids, thank you!
