Just a block from downtown Bentonville! In town for a concert and walkable to The Momentary as well. Quiet area, nice to sit out front, clean, comfy bedding, good lighting/windows etc Hosts provides the basics, may want to bring the extras for extended stays i.e. coffee creamer, lotion, condiments etc

We were only in town for about 12 hours and this place was perfect. Steps away from the square where we had amazing dinner, coffee and breakfast. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. Great space!

Awesome location!

We traveled with friends (two couples in total) and were very comfortable in this home. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in until we left! Being able to walk from the house to local shops and restaurants, as well as The Momentary, made this a perfect spot for our group. Don’t hesitate to book!

We stayed for a business event held at the Ledger which was 1 block away. Got to spend the rest of the week with our daughter who lives in Rogers. Unit was clean, well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessed.

Happy mountain biker

The house is perfect for 2 adult males mountain biking the area. The location is right downtown within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The house is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I will be staying there again.

Cannot beat this location, steps to the Square. Walkable to restaurants and to the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Easy parking. Quiet. Ample hot water for showers. We had a nice visit.
