This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideally located just a stones-throw away from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and a short drive or bike ride to downtown Bentonville. Whether you're here to explore world-class mountain bike trails, visit Crystal Bridges Museum, or enjoy the vibrant local dining scene, this home puts you right in the heart of it all.
This beautiful, recently-remodeled, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Also there is plenty of fun to be had here, including:

BEDROOM 2
This room features a very large window that lets in plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable queen bed and large closet.
BEDROOM 3
This last bedroom also features a comfortable queen bed and good sized closet.
GARAGE
The 2-car garage is a dream for bikers. Enjoy a large OZ trails mural and trail maps. There are hooks to hang your bikes and a workbench to help you when you need to do repairs to your bike. There is a full sized ping pong table as well!
PARKING
Apart from the garage, there is a large, flat driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles! (Note: please to not park on the street overnight)
OUTSIDE
The backyard features: a concrete patio and amble grass space to play some corn hole. There is also a gas grill for your use and a fire pit for you to roast as many s'mores as you'd like!
There is also a dedicated bike washing station to keep your bike and other recreational equipment clean!
This is the perfect home base for your next getaway or long-term stay in Northwest Arkansas!
