Staff here were very helpful especially when I was trying to book a private Onsen. Room was nice and clean. The location was great too. Very close to the station and walkable to many of the nice bits of Beppu.

Best 3-star hotel I've stayed at in Japan and one of the best in the world. It's got at least 4-star vibes and amenities. Clean, comfortable rooms with nice views. But the real attraction is access to the rooftop onsen (gender separate) and pool (gender mixed) next door!

施設の場所がグーグルマップに表示されず、隣の施設に入ってしまいました。 部屋の水道からの臭いがけっこうしました。あと、エアコンの音がうるさかったです。 隣の施設で食べる朝食は大変美味しかったです。同様に、隣の施設にある大浴場はとてもリラックスできました。

今回は気ままな一人旅で利用させていただきました。朝のビュッフェや建物内にあるリラクゼーション、隣接する系列ホテルの温泉など羽根を伸ばすことが出来ました！駅から近いこともあってお土産を買いに行く時間を気にしなくても良かったです。駅内でなくても徒歩で行ける距離にお土産屋さんがあるので散策ついでに探したり景色を堪能することができました！

急遽、別府に宿泊することになり1人で利用しました。外観、フロント、共用施設は今っぽい感じのオシャレさがありめますが、部屋は普通のビジネスホテルです。狭いけど、泊まるだけなら許容範囲。駅から近く、地元の温泉も歩いていける範囲にいくつかあります。また、隣のアマネクゆらりの14階のお風呂やプールも使えるのがいいと思う。

ダブルの部屋だと快適に過ごせました。入り口までの動線に邪魔な物はないのでスムーズに移動できます。 また、浴場までの移動では雨に降られることもありましたが、あまり濡れることもない距離感です。 浴場からの眺めはとても良いです。
