Not the most updated building but functional. The location is okay, would recommend a car if staying in this area. They offer bike rental but we stayed here for three days and only saw one bike available. We had a nice view though. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable so bring or buy a comfortable pillow for a good sleep if you're staying for more than one night.

If you are looking to stay here, chances are you were trying to stay in Beppu but wanted to save money, and for the price the hotel is fine. First things first, if you are taking the train, it is around a 20 minute walk from the station, but it mostly flat so it is easy. Staff were fantastic, and check in went great. The hotel was probably the best in Beppu back in the Showa Era (there is a second phone in the bathroom), however it is now clearly quite old and has a distinct smell, even inside my room. The carpet in the hallways was in rough shape, though the carpet in the room was clearly much newer. The air conditioner is either on or off, no control of the thermostat, so your choices are on, off, or open the windows. My room was on the 11th floor, so the view was exceptional. Seeing the sunrise from up there made me feel like the room was worth double the price All things considered, the price was fair, the hotel clean, and the service great, with the main downside for me being the smell.

직원 분들이 친절하고 방도 사진과 같아요. 바다도 보이는 뷰를 주셨더라구요. 온천욕도 사람이 별로 없어서 편하게 할 수 있었고 조식도 좋았어요. 다만 이 호텔을 선택한 이유가 헬스장 때문이었는데 이용시간이 안내문에 적힌 것과 다른 게 아쉬웠어요.. 헬스장은 넓진 않고 기본 기구만 한대씩, 유산소 기구는 두세대씩 있는 정도였습니다. 호텔 바로 앞 큰 길 버스 정류장에 벳푸 주요 장소 가는 버스가 다니고 시외버스도 탈 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

家族で素泊まり目的で利用しました。 宿泊者にはコーヒーサービスやアメニティなど幅広く無料で利用できるサービスがとても良かった。 チェックイン時がフロント横にある端末にてチェックインなのですが分からない事などスタッフの方が丁寧に教えて下さって助かりました。 施設自体は少し古いかと思いますが、それも長年頑張ってこられた証と思うと不満だと感じませんでした。 大浴場も宿泊期間中は何度でも利用できるとの事で有難いサービスでした。 浴場は少し老朽化してるところもありますが私自身としては気にならない程度でした。 のんびりとお湯に浸かる事が出来ました。 朝食付きで宿泊しましたが、内容も申し分ないです。 妻、子供共に満足致しました。 また、ご縁があれば宿泊したいと思います。 ホテルの方々には感謝しております。 大変、お世話になりました。 有難うございました。

3歳の子どもと2人で宿泊しました。子ども用の浴衣や歯ブラシが置いてあり嬉しかったけれど、ホームページに記載があればパジャマと歯ブラシを持参せずに少しでも荷物を減らせたのにと思いました。たったそれだけを電話等で確認するのも申し訳ないなと思い…ですが、ホテル内はとても快適で、部屋から電車が近く見えたので子どもは大はしゃぎでした。少し気になるのは、駐車場と室内の椅子でした。正面玄関側から入ると地下駐車場？と思ったらただの通り道で、抜けた先がえっ？と思うくらいどっちかわかりませんでした。わかりやすい看板があったらいいなと思いました。あと、室内の肘掛け椅子の座面がまあまあ破れていたのでこれは子どもが気になって触ってもっと破れそうだったのでバスタオルを敷いて対応しました。 全体的には満足だったのでまた機会があれば利用させて頂こうと思います。
