Nice but I paid for a larger room

Everything was nice, including breakfast and perfect location, but I did not receive the room that I paid for I had paid for a family room and I received a double room. Do not let them give you the wrong room. When bringing it up, he brushed it off so I don't know if it was a scam or not, but it seems I ordered something like a suite and got a bedroom. I am a single woman so I did not want to risk confrontation.

Godt værelse, god beliggenhed, men ringe morgenmad

Fint værelse (lidt mørkt), men rummene var store og badeværelset lækkert og rent. Beliggenheden var fantastisk i forhold til at få adgang til både den nye og gamle bydel. Morgenmaden var ok, dog ikke tilfredstillende nok til, da det var af lav kvalitet.

Muy muy bien.

Estuvimos tres noche en Liberty B&B. Nos atendió una chica joven muy simpática y amable. La habitación era espaciosa y con una decoración muy bonita. Cada día nos renovaban el desayuno y ordenaban la habitación. La calefacción iba muy bien y el aseo estaba siempre impecable.

Zentral gelegen und nette Einweisung über den Ort

Es war ein zentral gelegenes Zimmer in der Unterstadt von Bergamo. Es gab kein wirkliches Hotelgebäude, Die Zimmer befanden sich in einem Bürogebäude zwei Strassen weiter. Das Zimmer war sauber, entsprach aber nicht der Beschreibung auf der Homepage. Das Frühstück war von uns selbst zuzubereiten die Vorräte dazu befanden sich in einem kleinen Wandschrank und wurden dann von dem einzigen Mitarbeiter, den wir kennengelernt haben, am Nachmittag aufgefüllt. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 80€ pro Nacht sehr enttäuschend.

We stayed here for practicality more than anything else. There only seemed to be us staying there. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and spoke very good English. He even gave us breakfast at 5am! The room was nice apart from the pillows which made sleeping in comfort a problem.

We liked this hotel very much and the host was very kind and give us many good tips about Bergamo. Breakfast was good and it was brought to our room beforehand. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find (we got introductions by email beforehand).

geweldige B&B

Mooie B&B met eigen ingang, 3 hoog met lift. Op loopafstand van de oude stad en het nieuwe centrum. Kamer met eigen badkamer een balkon , ontbijt op de kamer. Parkeerplaats bij te reserveren.

Kaunis kahden makuuhuoneen ja keittiön huoneisto, jossa korkeat huoneet. Viivyimme vain yhden yön, mutta olisimme varmasti viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Meillä oli aikainen lähtö lennolle ja oli miellyttävä yllätys, että keittiöön oli varattu aamiaistarpeet.

Fantastisk beliggenhet i forhold til å besøke gamlebyen. De som jobbet på hotellet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Allsidig og god frokost og rene og greie senger.Hotellet var ikke av nyeste dato, men rent.Grei parkering i nærheten.Noe støy fra restaurant like i nærheten, men med sommer må man likevel lukke opp vinduene.Ikke det rimeligste, men greit.

Majoituspaikan isäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Huone oli puhdas. Monipuolinen aamupala tuotiin sovittuna aikana huoneeseen. Zentrales B&B in Bergamo

Sehr reizvolles B&B zu bezahlbaren Preisen zentral in der Città Bassa von Bergamo. Die Oberstadt ist genau wie das Kongresszentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmerfenster geht zur Straße raus, abends kann es durch die im Erdgeschoss liegende Bar etwas laut sein.
