Tucked away in a small Bergens street around the corner from the Bergerbos is the Barn, a durable, architecturally-built, spacious holiday home. Here you can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy luxury and comfort, with a vast nature reserve and the charming artists' village of Bergen within walking distance. The sea and beach are around 5 km away and can be easily reached by bicycle, car or local bus. The picturesque North Holland city of Alkmaar with its famous cheese market is also nearby. The Barn is 165 m2 and has a beautiful loft of 5.5 m. High. In the living area there is a comfortable large corner sofa + love seat and a separate reading / TV sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs (4 cooking zones), oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. The 2 large bedrooms are accessible via an open staircase and both have a spacious 2-person box spring bed. One bedroom has a separate toilet and an additional sofa bed. The house has underfloor heating and has an attractive solar powered fireplace. The Barn has its own private spa with Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath, rain shower and direct access to the little sauna garden with sun loungers. Fast e- fiber Wifi and parking is free. Most electricity is generated sustainably with its own solar panels.
