"There was fairly large stain on the headboard of the bed that was reeking of cigarette smoke. The front desk gave me a new room but didnt comp my stay for the two nights in the room that reeked of cigarette smoke. They also didnt provide the same room set up as I initially booked. They said they would give me free breakfast for the rest of my stay but I was denied entry twice and then finally was able to go for the last 2 days. The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the berlin...
