18th century half-timbered house, classified ***, renovation 2019

Sebastien and Carine are happy to welcome you in their large cottage, both very old brand new, located in Bergheim, a small village vineyard terribly authentic, surrounded by medieval walls and located near all the sites must: Colmar (20mn) , Ribeauvillé (3mn), Riquewihr (10mn), Kaysersberg (15mn), Haut-Koenigsbourg (15mn), Strasbourg (40mn), Ecomuseum, Park of the Little Prince or Europapark (45mn).

You will find all the comfort for 5 to 10 people, in this very spacious cottage (about 150m²). It is an 18th century village house, tastefully renovated in 2019. Everything has been redone: insulation, electricity, plumbing, heating, evacuations ... The owner is a contemporary artist, and the ground floor, completely separate from the rental, is his workplace: a workshop and an art gallery make it up. In the cottage you will find:

- A separate kitchen, generously equipped: Large oven, A +++ dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, double sink ... The drawers are well filled and everything is designed to make you feel almost at home.

- A large living room with a 10p monastery table, and a large corner sofa in the TV corner (125cm, with DVD player and Internet box), a minichaîne...

- 4 large rooms spread over 2 floors: 3 doubles (2 in 160x200cm and 1 in 140x200) and one with 2 single beds and a progressive bed). The beds are equipped with slatted bases, new duvets and pillows and each room is equipped with storage furniture: wardrobe, wardrobe ...

-a laundry room: washing machine + dryer + iron and table

- 2 new shower rooms + WC (one with double vanity, dry hair supplied)

- At the top, under the roof (3rd floor): a playroom for older children (library, toys, dolls, board games, small TV with DVD), with an extra BZ (which could possibly be used as a 5th bedroom)
