The room was perfect for a few days in Berlin. Basic but very clean, the only thing that was misaing was a kettle in the room. The lift was a bonus. The staff were very firendly and would consider staying again if i'm ever in Berlin.

Hi, there is no do not disturb sign so every day the cleaner would knock very loudly and barge into the room. Also the owner demanded payment when I checked in the even though I booked online. Why do I have to pay twice? Also I checked in at 11:30 pm and the reception was closed even though they’re supposed to be open until midnight. What if I didn’t have a phone? I would have had to sleep outside

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

War für mich optimal gelegen. Ist nur für Gäste die keine Ansprüche haben. Treppenhaus alt und schmuddelig. Bedienung eher unfreundlich. Recéption ist im Frühstücksraum. Frühstück ist ganz ok.

Als ich in das Zimmer kam, roch es nach Toilette. Ich musste zuerst einmal kräftig lüften.. Am Hotel konnte man nicht parken! Vielleicht sollte darauf hingewiesen werden.

Katastrophales Hotel

Total staubige Zimmer mit kaputter Heizung, Schimmel im Bad und am Ende wurden €40 für Frühstück und Getränke berechnet, die wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben und auch nicht gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war so staubig, dass mein Sohn mehrere Hustenanfälle bekommen hat. Die Rezeption ist anders als angegeben nicht 24/7 besetzt, sondern mur von 10-20 Uhr. Für einen Hinterhof-Parkplatz, dessen Einfahrt ziemlich eng ist, werden €15 extra berechnet. Auf der Straße kann man hier nicht parken. Sollten in Berlin alle anderen Hotels ausgebucht sein, mag dieses Hotel eine Option sein, ansonsten nie wieder. Absolute Katastrophe..

Es ist zwar ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden, was für mich als Rollator Benutzer sehr wichtig ist, aber um dahin zu kommen , muss man eine Etage die Treppen hoch und eine Etage wieder runter. Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen, eine Etage wieder hoch. Es steht nirgends dass der Fahrstuhl auf einer Zwischenetage sich befindet. Die Bilder von den Zimmern stimmen in keinster Weise mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Auch wenn die Dame am Empfang (übrigens auch eine Etage tiefer)sehr bemüht war, und das Frühstück auch ok war, werden wir da nicht wieder buchen

Enttäuschung auf der ganzen Linie.

Noch nie war das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis in einem Hotel,das ich über Hotel.com gebucht habe so unglaublich schlecht. Das Hotel hat maximal 1.5 Sterne Niveau, aber 235 Euro für eine Nacht entspricht 4 Sterne! ich habe schon so oft über Sie gebucht, aber das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das ist für Ihr Portal eigentlich weit unter ihrem Niveau.

The room was beautiful and we had an amazing view of the road’s activities. There is no air conditioning but with the windows open and the fan running it made for a nice breeze at night to sleep. The breakfast was great! Staff spoke little English.
