Parking in a few spaces is free but if they are gone, parking in the garage is 30 euros. Carpets appear to be dirty otherwise it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Even though I booked a room for 3 adults on Expedia with a queen bed and pullout sofa was told when I checked in that they had no rooms that accommodated 3 adults only children could stay with parents so I had to get a second room.

Very convenient with supermarket located ground floor, breakfast selection at the hotel are various and awesome. Bed is comfy, bathroom is spacious, the only suggestion is , it would be nice to have equipped a small fridge in the room to store our yogurt.

Good and central location in Potsdam's historical centre, a lot of sights within walking distance. Also nice dining options around, e.g. the Vietnamese directly opposite. Friendly and helpful staff, keen to support. Rooms are well sized and bright. Overall we had a really nice time and would definitely come back.

Good hotel in central Potsdam

Simple but clean, with a great location. A free breakfast is very welcome. Fast wifi allows for some simple work (the room lacked a bigger table for anything more than a few emails). Would definitely stay again

A great hotel, very new and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is very close to central Potsdam, not central Berlin as we thought. About a 50 minute train ride to central Berlin. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was a gem in Potsdam. The room was spacious with working facilities although restock of coffee and tea does need to be refreshed (no milk or coffee packets just old packets left previously) The free breakfast was a delight and the food fully continental the coffee variety was excellent with service from 6-12 which is really great for all types of travellers. Iron in room! The main Potsdam train station is about 15mins walk away. I can see how beautiful this town would be in the summer as during December black ice on the pavement made walking very difficult and high risk. There is a free museum if you have time 10mins or less walking distance plus the main attractions within the vicinity. Unfortunately Uber do not operate highly in this area so a local taxi would cost you €12 euros to train station. Regular trains in to Berlin and Frankfurt from Potsdam too. ABC one way ticket is €4.70 and you have to validate before boarding, beware German train conductor do check everyone’s ticket! Overall very good stat and price if you want to visit outside of Berlin for a better experience connecting to other local towns.
