We had our flights cancelled due to Berlin airport strike so trip didn’t go ahead and the hotel had no sympathy and did not refund or partially refund us. Other members of our team who did manage to get there said was in any case, not great.

駅からすぐ前にあり、交通の便は良いです。ビジネスホテルというコンセプトなのか、部屋はかなり狭いです。バスルームのドアの締まりがとても悪かったり、前の人の衣類が残っていたり、設備の状態、清潔さは少し乏しいです。 スタッフの方は親切に対応いただき良い印象でした。 メールでチェックインやチェックアウトの連絡が来ますが現地で行った方がスムーズです。

Zimmar war teilweise marode. Trotz Zimmerwunsch und mehrere Wochen Vorausbuchung kein anständiges Zimmer nach Wunsch bekommen. Für die Kaffeemaschine waren zwar zwei Kapseln da, ansonsten war die Kiste leer. Kein Zucker, kein Milchpulver. Das Tablet, was auch als Fernbedienung für den Fernseher gedacht war, funktionierte nur selten. Eine Fernbedienung war nicht vorhanden.

The room was great, th we staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really close to Central Station, which makes it really easy to jump on trains and go anywhere you need to go. There’s lots of shops and stores at the hotel that you can shop at there are medical stores and grocery stores nearby and walking distance the only thing that I would suggest was the pillows on the bed was very soft and the bed was very hard.. but I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place.

Close to main train station and tram line. In general not that close to warm to things but ideal if you are happy to use the transport system. Room on the small side but clean and modern. Unfortunately my partner had paid for the room to be decorated as a surprise for my birthday. However this wasn’t done. When we went to reception they said they could do it for the next day but this kind of defeated the purpose of the surprise. They agreed to refund the payment and were apologetic.

There was urine left from the previous hotel guest when I first got into the toilet in the room after I checked in. I talked to the lady working in front desk and she said she would talk to the manager to get me refund for two days’ stay. However, up to today, I still have not received the refund!
