It is in a great location with good transport connections. The staff were really helpful and very approachable. Nothing seared like too much trouble which is a nice touch. The breakfast was really good, with a good selection of cooked hot food, a good cold selection, plenty of fruit and pastries too. The coffee was good with a good selection of alternative teas. Will be my go to stay on my next trip!

The room was nice and spacious and generally presented well but there were a couple of things that concerned me such as the dried up milk pots and graffiti on the wall. I would also say the hotel need to consider getting better pillows and bedding as they were just too flat. Shower was good, plrenty of hangers in the wardrobe and working fridge. TV reception was a bit ropey. Bonus was the heated floor.

Tolles Zimmer, schönes Bad, super sauber und bequeme Betten. Leider keine gute Verdunkelung und daher kein ausschlafen möglich, wenn man empfindlich ist. Frühstück sollte besser sein, besonders wenn man RIU aus Spanien kennt.

I upgraded for the Suite. It was not as shown online. Small and oddly shaped for something showing much larger No kitchenette and the showers did not work properly in either room. Worst experience thus far for a room in all of my international travel, so choose and or upgrade wisely.

Ich war vor kurzem im Hotel Riu Plaza und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten frisch bezogen und insgesamt in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Auch das Badezimmer – Duschen und Toiletten – war top gepflegt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren wirklich hervorragend. Allerdings hatte ich ein großes Problem mit der Geräuschkulisse. Ich habe ständig Geräusche aus den Wänden gehört – Klopfen, Poltern, und allgemein ein permanentes Rauschen. Zusätzlich wurden im Flur Türen mehrfach laut zugeknallt. Durch diese ständigen Störgeräusche konnte ich leider überhaupt nicht richtig schlafen. Schade, denn die Qualität des Zimmers wäre eigentlich sehr gut gewesen. Ohne die Lärmbelastung wäre es ein deutlich angenehmer Aufenthalt gewesen.

Allein der Check in um 9:45 mit dem Hinweis ich schau mal ob ich schon ein Zimmer habe und dann bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 8.OG und mit tollem Blick. Beim Parkhaus bitte drauf achten das der SUV nicht zu groß ist sehr eng und man muss bis auf Deck 12 fahren langsam und vorsichtig fahren. Auch der Check Out sehr nett und kompetent.
