In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg including cleaning

Two cleanings per months are included in the rental price, this means that every other week a cleaning lady will come by to clean the bathroom and kitchen area and clean all the floors.

Quiet apartment in period house, right in the heart of the Prenzlauer Berg. Perfect for couples and people who are looking for an authentic and relaxing Berlin experience in one of Berlin's most popular neighborhoods.

The flat is located in the rear building of a typical "Berliner Altbau" built in 1910. It still has an old restored door, stucco, and high ceilings and windows. The windows look into a little backyard with a tree whose leaves let the flat come to live in a beautiful green during the warmer months of the year.

The interior design is modern and inviting. We have a 160x200 bed and chairs that will help you relax after a long day of exploring Berlin.

There is wireless internet connection that you can use with your own computer. (We have had to remove the laptop that you can still see in the pictures.) Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a TV.

The kitchen is simple but functional. It has a stove top, a microwave (including grill function and fan so it can be used as an oven), an electric kettle, coffee maker, a washing machine, pots, pans, silverware and dishes. There is also an iron and ironing board.
