The room is in a great location and very clean. The main issue that really affected our stay was a fire alarm that went off at 3:30am. It woke us up and eventually it went off but there was zero explanation from the hotel. I went out in the hallway half asleep and half dressed to see if there was an actual fire.

The hotel's location is just a few stops on the underground to central Berlin so perfect for our 3 night city trip. From booking to checking out all of the staff were very helpful and friendly 🙏

Very good, would stay again

Really enjoyed my stay. The pin process worked really well for me, made it very easy to come and go without worrying about keys/cards etc. The room was really spacious, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great. air con worked really well. Was a very good location, lots of shopping and restaurants around. U bahn was a 4 min walk away. Was very good value. Will definitely stay again if in Berlin.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was very well sound proofed and quiet. It’s within walking distance to Kadewe and Kurfürstendamm (which is the shopping street with branded stuffs). Transportation was also convenient.

Nice clean hotel but outside noise could be heard from inside room which was on 4th floor. One side of the window could do with better window draught proof. If you need any additional pillow case forget it, they tell you to go to laundry room but they don't stock spare pillows only bed sheets, tea, coffee etc... good hotel location a shame on the noise.
