Estefania is the best!!

I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Estefanía at the Front Desk. In all the hotels I’ve visited, she truly stands out as the best when it comes to customer service. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what made the experience remarkable was her attitude and dedication. I arrived in the middle of the night, during the early hours of the morning, and even though the night shift can be very challenging, Estefanía was fully attentive, kind, and ready to help. I was hungry and with most restaurants closed, she went above and beyond by offering me snacks she had with her. That small but meaningful gesture showed her genuine kindness and her willingness to make guests feel at home. She has the rare ability to make you feel like family from the very first moment you arrive. In addition, Estefanía’s professionalism, her ability to communicate in different languages, and her constant smile make her an invaluable employee. I sincerely want to thank her for her outstanding service. Every hotel should be fortunate enough to have someone as dedicated, caring, and attentive as Estefanía.

Air Conditioning was limited

The Air Conditioning temperature was not adjustable in the room, only the fan speed could be adjusted. We had to keep the blinds closed during the day in order for the room to be comfortable when we returned at the end of the day.

Hotel agradavel. Bom café da manhã. Não houve a limpeza do quarto pois o recurso eletronico disponivel na porta não estava funcionando e não fomos avisado e o quarto ficou sem limpeza e rroca de toalhas. O Hotel está numa região diversa e inclusiva com bares, restaurantes e comércio. Bastante fluxo de bicibletas, patinetes (muito comum na Alemanha) e crianças. Local tranquilo.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon – und der war auch das Highlight: schön groß, angenehmer Ausblick. Leider war das Zimmer selbst in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschhalterung war locker, die Jalousien blieben nach dem Herunterfahren hängen – trotz Reparatur. Die Minibar war nicht befüllt und kühlte auch nicht, was besonders enttäuschend ist, wenn damit geworben wird. Unsere Sonderwünsche wurden ignoriert. Auf Nachfrage gab es immerhin eine zusätzliche Decke, mehr aber nicht. Im Bad fehlte ein Mülleimer – ein absolutes Basic. Kurios: Das Telefon zur Rezeption hing direkt neben der Toilette. Eine Rechnung konnten wir an der Rezeption nicht bekommen – man wurde auf später vertröstet. Auch wurde nie gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Insgesamt fehlte es an Aufmerksamkeit dem Gast gegenüber. Die Einrichtung war zwar geschmackvoll, aber für 170 € inklusive Late-Check-out erwartet man mehr – sowohl beim Zustand als auch beim Service. Ein weiterer Punkt: Kein einziger Mitarbeitender sprach Deutsch – auch der dritte, sehr freundliche Kollege beim Checkout nicht. Alles lief ausschließlich auf Englisch. Für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie in Berlin ist das enttäuschend. Fazit: Der Balkon war super, aber alles andere bleibt deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück.

Værelset blev ikke gjort rent under opholdet. Der var meget larm var personalet og gæster der skulle med elevatoren. Værelset var småt og meget beskidt. Fyldt med støv under sengen osv.
