Very clean, well located and great layout (we stayed in the executive 1 bedroom suite). Only complaint was that there was no AC and it was quite warm.

Right in the middle of everything. This Aparthotels was perfect for our family with bedrooms and living/kitchen. It was also close to many bus stops and train stations. Everything seemed to be within a mile or two of everything. The staff was helpful and all were super helpful.

The balcony room was extremely spacious, especially for an inner city hotel. Very sweet and helpful staff. Good central location, however I feel there are nicer parts of town to stay. Watch out for scammers trying to get donation for a deaf school!

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to checkpoint charlie. The lady who greeted us in reception (and the other staff we met) were utterly charming and very super friendly. The room itself was spacious, very clean and equipped with top appliances (smeg kettle etc). There are 2 reasons for our slight downgrade on the review 1) we are a family of 5 - places we visit typically have 2 "proper" bedrooms and 1 bathroom + 1 ensuite. In our suite, we had 1 bedroom for 2 people, so 3 people had to sleep on camp beds in the lounge without any privacy - its not what we normally see, and camp beds are not so comfortable. Also children often need the bathroom without much warning, so 2 toilet facilities is the norm in pretty much all places we visit. We were in the flat adapted for disabled users, it felt like a huge flat to accommodate wheelchairs but not really a family flat for 5 people for the reasons noted (3 camp beds and 1 toilet for 5). One other thing - cleaning isnt included, you can have cleaning at 34 euro a day. If you want to check out late its 12 euro per hour. Im totally OK with the prices, I just dont like this kind of hidden pricing, I find it quite sneaky. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of

People at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Berlin!

Lovely clean modern apartments. Friendly team and easy access to central Berlin. The apartment is very close to a number of attractions which made it very easy to visit them before the crowds turned up. We liked it so much we looked up where else they had them!
