"The hotel was fine and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears to be an older property so the rooms are on the small side and had few plugs for electronics. Also, the water pressure in the shower was light, but adequate. The breakfast was very, very well set up. Well organized tables with more selections than perhaps any hotel I have ever stayed at. We did not take advantage on dinner onsite, but I looked at the menu, and it had numerous and varied selections. Had we dinner there, I don’t think we would have been disappointed. "

"The room was clean and larger than expected. The staff were fantastic they were so helpful and everyone was very polite. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. The balcony overlooks the road, but it wasn't busy and you can see the city wall from the balcony. Nice little coffee shop/cafe next to the hotel as an alternative for breakfast. Hotel allowed us to drop our luggage off before check in and also stored it for us after checkout. Room was spacious and clean, bathrooom was well equipped with a huge shower! Location was great as 5-10 minute (flat) walk to the Arena and Piazza Bra. Would definitely return. "

"The property is in the nice quiet area close to everything and there is a farmers market on Sat and Sun. Clean apartment, no cooking facilities, coffee maker and tea and the fridge. What we did not like is the worst wifi possible. It had the longest password to log in and the worst reception - worked only standing by the door and dropped every 2 min by the table. Bedroom was wifi free. Said that it also worked for 2 min while connected for 5. I am not kidding in the last 10 years travelling many countries I haven’t had such a frustrating wifi which we were assured “works”. Another frustrating feature which looked great but was not very user friendly was the round bed with the square sheets. If you are average height sharing a bed either your pillows fall of or your bed or your feet stick out and add to this that your square sheets never really covers round bed you have the picture… Otherwise ok apartment but 2 coffee pods for 4 days for 2 people … kind of lame … for the price you pay… even for the great location …"

"Lovely, cozy hotel with a homely feel. The bar is a great spot for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Really well located for day trips from the station, and for the sights of Verona. "

"Rooms clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom and powerful shower . We barely saw any staff during our stay as communication mostly by WhatsApp and phone . One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ( they did ask if any special occasion ). Ask for mattress topper as bed extremely hard without it . Lovely rooms but I would prefer a hotel with staff a little more visible . "
