O apartamento é lindo e muito bem equipado, um imóvel bem familiar mesmo. O condomínio é tranquilo e fica bem próximo da praia de São Lourenço. O André, proprietário, sempre foi muito solícito, respondendo meus emails e whatsapp quase que instantaneamente. Assinamos um contrato de locação, a transação toda foi muito correta.
