"Clean room and helpful staff, lovely gym but the only dissapointment would be the spa facilities. Sauna was on the colder side and steam room didn’t seem to be on and the spa staff weren’t particularly welcoming but hotel reception helpful and a nice room. Stayed in a few other cheaper hotels that were nicer in Tirana but if you are looking for somewhere clean in the centre this does the job"

"When I arrived at hotel, staff greeted me quickly and cheerfully. It was an easy registration and they got to me to my room quickly so I could start enjoying Albania. The staff was amazing my entire stay. Greeting me upon my return in the evenings, ensuring I have breakfast on early morning excursions and helping me secure transportation to the airport. Breakfast was decent but the restaurant served really good food. I recommend the Caesar salad and the Biscoff cheesecake. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I needed. They brought me extra hangers when I asked. They helped me deal with an already engaged room safe. The spa area was nice. The pool area was a little loud cause it is indoors and allows children. I had 4 spa services while there because they were reasonably priced and I swear I had the best massage of my life the last day before checking out. It was with male masseuse. I didn’t get his name, but holy cow he was fabulous. They allowed me to check out later (for a fee) because my flight wasn’t till that evening. The location is not too bad. I would probably say this is the one downfall. All of my excursions pick me up about three minutes away from the hotel. It’s not really part of the city center so there wasn’t a lot of options for nightlife, but all my excursions kept me out until 10 11 o’clock at night anyways."

"Exceeded all expectations – A true resort experience in Tirana! We booked the Rogner Hotel with high expectations based on glowing reviews, and it still managed to absolutely exceed them. Calling it a hotel almost feels like an understatement—it felt much more like a high-end resort right in the city center. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and well-appointed, but the property's amenities truly set it apart. The lush, beautiful garden offers ample outdoor seating to relax and unwind, and the pool area is fantastic. Every morning started with a substantial and delicious buffet breakfast that offered something for everyone. Traveling as a family, this hotel hit every single mark for us. Whether you are coming to Tirana for a family vacation, personal travel, or business, I cannot recommend the Rogner Hotel highly enough!"

"The hotel has a great location with many places at walking distance. My room had a view of the Skanderbeg Square that was the icing on top, just outstandingly beautiful. Staff was very helpful and prompt at fulfilling any requests. The only thing I was not happy about was the AC in the room, as it did not cool enough and turned off when I left the room, so the room was hot when I came back. This was not helpful considering the crazy heat outside because I had to wait quite some time for the room to be at an ambient temperature (again, the AC did not cool much)."

"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Lake kindly helped us park our car, immediately setting the tone for the rest of our stay. At reception, Endri and Samanta welcomed us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making sure we settled in quickly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer our questions. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised with a partial sea view. The service throughout was impeccable. Aldrin, Xhaxha, Deni, Gesi, Enzo, and Rafael went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They checked in regularly, always cheerful, making sure we had everything we needed — from hydration to fresh towels for swimming. The pool area was kept pristine, which made our relaxation time even more enjoyable. The dining experience was a highlight. The food was consistently a ten out of ten, and Chef Buarak deserves special praise. His baklava was the best we’ve ever tasted — truly unforgettable. This stay felt like a home away from home. Every member of the team contributed to making it special, and we left with wonderful memories. We have absolutely no complaints and are certain we made the right choice in staying here. We cannot wait to return."
