Garden with access from the outside. Semi-detached village house 400 meters from cross-country ski trails and shops. Very good comfort with great benefits. Pleasant cachet with neat decoration. Spacious and bright. Beautiful view of the village and the massif. In the heart of the village, 400 meters from the world-famous Nordic plateau of Bessans (downhill skiing at 400m). Vast Val Cenis-Vanoise ski area 10km away. Bonneval-sur-Arc at 8km. In the heart of the Vanoise National Park on the road to Italy and the famous passes of Iseran and Mont-Cenis. Ideal for hiking and cycling in the summer. Exceptional preserved natural site of great beauty. The ideal nest for a romantic ski or nature stay!
