Offering a large private deck, this single-level coastal getaway is home to a living and dining area (with cathedral ceiling), and a full bathroom and bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen features newly-added quartz Calacatta Fantasy countertops, along with upgraded cabinets, sink/faucet, barstools, and bar light, as well as new electrical features. Guests can take advantage of central air conditioning, a new washer/dryer, and TVs in addition to WiFi. Don't forget to rinse your sand and worries away in the outdoor shower! RESORT AMENITIES -Half a mile of private beach -12 pools (two indoor) -World-class tennis -Fitness centers -Community shuttle -Multiple play areas THINGS TO KNOW The air-conditioning unit at this home will not lower below 74 degrees.
