Inside, you'll find a cozy living space with a variety of sleeping arrangements including a queen bed, double bed, twin bed, and bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze.



Relax on the balcony or patio in the 3 season sunroom, take a dip in the pool, or unwind in the sauna or gym/fitness room. With board games, Netflix streaming, and cable TV available, there's no shortage of entertainment options.



The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
