"It’s a strange looking hotel, but really nice on the inside. Staff goes above and beyond. The snow chamber must be experienced, especially during a heat wave; I think it is supposed to go with the sauna."

"We stayed at this hotel for a family getaway and overall had a very relaxing experience. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Even though it rained throughout our entire stay, the scenery was still beautiful, and the hotel provided a Sommer Card for activities in the Hochkönig area—which would have been fantastic had the weather cooperated. "A brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The room was nice but sparse, by US standards. The breakfast was wonderful with ample choices and it had easy access to our activity. The check in is a bit strange as there is no reception so you have to download their app and check in from there."
