The reception was sooooo helpful and kind. It was an amazing experience to be welcomed in such a friendly way. He even asked how to correctly pronounce my name, and he gave us all the useful information. The pool had the best view and the opening hours are quite reasonable.

The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food. The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

Wir kennen das Hotel noch unter dem Namen MyTirol und waren damals begeistert. Mittlerweile ist es unter Dormero nur noch ein Schatten seiner selbst. Das Zimmer war von der Hygiene in Ordnung, wäre da nicht die nicht gereinigte Toilette gewesen. Generell ist im und um das Hotel einiges defekt oder total runtergewirtschaftet. Das sieht man vor allem am Spielbereich im EG, dort ist quasi alles defekt was an Spielzeug da ist. Die Klettermöglichkeit gibt es auch nicht mehr, da keine Seile mehr vorhanden sind. Genauso gibt es das Kino nicht mehr. Das Personal spricht größtenteils englisch oder deutsch. Das Abendessen ist allerhöchstens Kantinen-Niveau. Quasi alles ist TK-Ware und zu allem übel stehen nicht einmal mehr Schilder dran, um welches "Gericht" es sich handelt. Zu MyTirol Zeiten gab es wechselnde Gerichte bis hin zu einem American BBQ Abend, von dem ich heute noch schwärme. Das Frühstück ist ok. Wenngleich es keine frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen mehr gibt. In Summe ist es ein Hotel mit einer traumhaften Lage und zum reinen Übernachten, wenn man keine Ansprüche hat. Ich vermute das Hotel wird nun bis zum Maximum runtergewirtschaftet und dann geschlossen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet und bietet mit Fitnessbereich, Sauna, Schwimmbad und einer Gaming Area für Kinder tolle Möglichkeiten für die ganze Familie. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Besonders praktisch ist die sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sowie die schnelle Anbindung an die Fernpassstraße. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und klare Empfehlung, auch wenn es Kleinigkeiten gäbe die den ein oder anderen stören, die aber nicht nennenswert sind.
