No me gustó el primer apartamento que me dieron puesto que estaba sucio y olía mal pero al reclamar me ofrecieron otra habitación que estaba en mejores condiciones. No me gustó que no reserven habitaciones de no mascotas no fumadores. No me gustó que al entrar oliera a un ambientador tóxico disruptor endocrino que me hizo estar tosiendo una hora. No me gustó que pasadas dos noches y queriendo coger otra noche más el precio me lo duplicaran. No me gustó que no haya rasca vidrios para limpiar la vitrocerámica ni producto para limpiarla como " frogi " o lavavajillas, ni escobilla de baño.

PUENTE LARGO

Estancia agradable para visitar la zona y hacer senderismo. En el establecimiento la atención personal excelente en recepción. Hemos tenido problemas a la hora de bañarnos en la piscina, pues cuando hemos ido la hemos encontrado cerrada fuera de servicio, por lo que es como si no hubiera piscina. En mi opinión, al apartamento nuestro le faltaba menaje, cuchillos que cortaran. Detalles. Las instalaciones dan sensación de abandono. Tanto la piscina, como la pista de futbol, la pista de tenis o el escenario que tienen montado. La piscina no la hemos llegado a ver abierta. Desde luego, no está como en la foto ni mucho menos.

PUENTE EN EL VALLE DEL TENA

Hemos estado 5 de puente por la zona del valle del Tena. Muy bien. Sitio cómodo, pues se puede ir desde aquí a todas partes, pues está todo bastante cerca. Buena relación con los empleados del Complejo. Entras y sales cuando quieres sin mayor problema. Aparcamos en unos Pk que estaban cubiertos, pues por las tardes había tormenta y podía granizar. La piscina no la vimos, pues no estaba tampoco habilitada aun.

mucho que mejorar

Es una pena que con lo bien que podría estar, lo tengan tan abandonado. En cuanto a la casa que nos tocó, habria mucho que mejorar, somier, colchones, "sofá cama" menudo horror. Hay mucho para renovar y mejorar. Reformas bastante chapuceros, como condenar una de las ventanas partidas por una pared mitad baño mitad dormitorio,sin poder abrir.

casa grande zona esqui o senderismo

la propiedad es antigua y la limpieza... no era la mejor, la instalacion electrica salta cada dos por tres aunque la verdad es que desde recepcion nos atendieron bien, pero una mano de pintura y una limpieza a fondo es necesaria. Por lo demas tiene mucho menaje en la cocina horno, lavadora bastante completo en ese aspecto.
