First the positives: This home was clean which we appreciated especially in our current era. It is also in a good, central location with downtown Big Fork within walking distance. The downsides: This property is not on the lake, but rather a bay. It is still a nice location, but just FYI. The pull-out bed is barely functioning. It was badly bent and sits at a severe slant downward for the person sleeping on the bed. I reached out to management to let them know but never heard back. We didn't really watch TV but when we tried, the television was really difficult to get working. I also wasn't sure what time check-out was so I called to ask (it was nowhere on my reservation info or check-out instructions). I spoke to two people who could not tell me the check out time. I then asked if we could check out at noon and was told "no" even though they didn't know the check out time. They could use a better coffee set up. There was a "shared" drip coffee maker with grounds that I had no idea how old they were or whose hands were in them previous to mine. Plus no basic seasonings like salt and pepper in the kitchen. And the toaster didn't work for us. The sheets on the bed are also really cheap and very scratchy. There is a small pool, but you have to pay a per person fee to use it- seems unnecessary. Finally, my experience with the customer service number would be a 1 out of a 10 point scale. They were not friendly nor helpful and definitely not responsive. I travel a lot with my family all over the world and this experience was one of my least satisfying ones, unfortunately.
