"It’s a hotel that has lost its prime. I shows glimpses of being a premium property in the past. The service was sub par, rooms are showing signs of ill maintenance, bathroom had leakage while the bathtub was cracked in the middle. The doors showed signs of being pried open many times."

"I stayed with my family one night during my trip to Rajgiri, and it was a nice place. Mr. Mrinal was a nice guy. He arranged the room according to our requirements and also arranged a taxi for our return trip to Gaya station. And a special thanks to Bittu bhai, who drove us to Gaya. We encountered a massive traffic jam in the middle of a bridge. He helped our entire family cross the bridge, carried our bags, and arranged a local taxi to ensure we could reach the station on time. "It was not at all good experience. I booked AC room, and the disgusting part, AC was not functioning properly. Morever the manager said we do not gurantee power backup for AC. Only fan was working during power outage. You cannot expect if you have paid for AC room which has been given the top floor of the hotel and that also AC not working. Room service was satisfactory."
