Amazing locations for people who want to experience the main attractions in Bilbao including the old city, funicular and Guggenheim. The luggage lockers were great for allowing us an extra day exploring without hassle before an evening flight.

Although this hotel is rated 1 star, I would personally rate my experience closer to 3 stars based on the cleanliness, easy check-in and check-out, and convenient location at the edge of the Old Town. Compared with the other hotels I stayed at during this trip, it definitely stood out. I would happily stay here again!

The rooms are new, fresh and extremely well designed. The beds are super comfortable and there is enough room to hang clothes, work at a desk and still have a mini fridge. Location is superb.

Good location and friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient with the lockers where you can store the bags after check out. The room was nice and clean. However, our room was facing the plaza and the windows let in a lot of noise from the restaurants outside, it was as if the window would have been open. Also a disturbing green and red light from above the door inside the room that was annoying at night. So not ideal place for a light sleeper like me, part from that a good hotel all in all.

The rooms were small but well equipped. The bed was comfortable. It was very hot during our stay, and the AC worked well. No on-site parking. Staff was friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations.

We absolutely loved this location. We had one of the larger units with a beautiful large soaker tub, which we didn’t have time to use unfortunately but the bathroom was amazing. The rest of the unit is quite small. The staff was very nice and the free lockers for use for your bags after you check out it was very helpful to us so that we could go explore the city. It had everything that we needed for our one night and I would recommend it. I just wish we had stayed two nights in that city. It was beautiful.

The code for the door was an issue as the receptionist did not explain that the door code was not the same for the front door as the room. We couldn't get our bags and there was no one at reception. The code for the door was different and it would have been great if this has been explained to us. The receptionist said the door codes were the same so we were locked out.

Ett mycket bra hotell med hög standard och bra läge till allt i Bilbao. Rummen var fina och moderna i ett lugnt och skönt område. Kort avstånd till shopping och restauranger i Gamla stan och ca 10 minuters promenad till Guggenheim. Dock fanns ingen frukost på hotellet men det fanns flera fina konditorier i närheten.
