Super convenient for an early morning flight out of Bilbao. Free shuttle to the airport and breakfast offered as early as 5:00am. The bathroom tile showed some age but overall this experience was good. We had a pleasant dinner at the restaurant in the same building.

Airport shuttle is very helpful since it is far from the city center by giving you more options for public transport. There's a bus stop next to the property but it's a hit or miss. No pool or other amenities to keep you entertained.

This is a fine stop over stay for a night if you need to be close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, the shuttle is an easy way to make it to and from the airport. It’s difficult to get food beyond a mediocre restaurant nearby. The room was an accessible room and the shower actually filled the floor of the bathroom with water even when adjusted and when the curtain was used, so it was difficult to use the bathroom after a shower—every item in there was wet.
