Noisy room - just yards from the motorway...pity we couldn't have had one the other side. OK for one night and useful having an airport shuttle on-hand. Good restaurant alongside. Good breakfast included.

Super convenient for an early morning flight out of Bilbao. Free shuttle to the airport and breakfast offered as early as 5:00am. The bathroom tile showed some age but overall this experience was good. We had a pleasant dinner at the restaurant in the same building.

Best feature :Very close 5 min to airport by shuttle starting at 5 running every 10-15 minutes if busy. Helpful staff but Excessively long time to check in with long lines likely due to very cumbersome system and process. Rooms and facility is dated. Restaurant access via outside not lobby got us all wet in the heavy rain. Parking is fine. Served breakfast from 5 but I did not have time. Convenient located for an average airport hotel.

Airport shuttle is very helpful since it is far from the city center by giving you more options for public transport. There's a bus stop next to the property but it's a hit or miss. No pool or other amenities to keep you entertained.

Very close to airport and simple to get to it. Had a good breakfast. Room comfortable with air conditioning which works and is easy to adjust. The next door restaurant is pretty basic and low key. Would give highly recommended if there was a decent restaurant nearby for evening meal

Our family of three stayed here for one night after arriving on a late flight. It was exactly what we needed- clean, easy to get to, and quiet. The staff was helpful and efficient. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast had all the usual options and plenty of space. There is a free airport shuttle until 23:30.

This is a fine stop over stay for a night if you need to be close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, the shuttle is an easy way to make it to and from the airport. It’s difficult to get food beyond a mediocre restaurant nearby. The room was an accessible room and the shower actually filled the floor of the bathroom with water even when adjusted and when the curtain was used, so it was difficult to use the bathroom after a shower—every item in there was wet.
